JackerEOT SYNDROME:
About the over use and somewhat annoying "eot".
Notice the buttons on top of the Apprentice toolbar. They are marked with the phases of the turn - Untap, Upkeep, Draw, Main, Attack, Discard/Cleanup, and End Turn. (Hotkeys- F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, and (Ctrl + T) - respectively).
To help the game move along a little more smoothly, instead of when your done try hitting the "Discard/ End Turn" button to mark when your done. This will alert your opponent that your finished with your turn and that if he/she has any fast effects or abilities that he/she would like to do NOW's the time to do them. If they do or don't have anything they would like to do then they can advance the turn and begin their turn.
MOVING CARDS UNDER DECK:
For cards like Tefri's Puzzle Box and Brainstorm which require the player to put cards under their deck. This can be accomplished by holding shift down and dragging to the library (or graveyard for that matter to bury a critter).
FACEDOWN CARDS:
For cards like Scroll Rack which require you to set aside cards out of your hand face down and draw new ones - you can do this by holding shift down and dragging to the tabletop from your hand (and library too).
A note on this: When you go to put the cards on top of your library don't hold the shift key down. Trust me, I know. (*grin*)
